Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Since its inception in 1993, the annual Run For Hope, organised by Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), aims to raise much-needed awareness and support for cancer research.

Based on statistic, an average of 14,000 people were diagnosed with cancer each year in Singapore . Through advances in science and dedicated cancer research activities at the NCCS, there is hope for cancer patients. In addition to supporting the cause, we also managed to raise awareness on some of the rarer varieties of cancers, as well as the difficulties that many people who have the illness face on a day-to-day basis.

The research projects spearheaded by NCCS are crucial in bringing hope to all who live with the shadow of cancer in their lives. With continuous support from our community of sponsors and supporters, the run continues to raise awareness on the importance of cancer research and provide support to an array of life-saving cancer research programmes at the NCCS.

The Run For Hope initiative is one that is very close to our hearts and to date the run has raised over $1.6 million for the National Cancer Centre Research Fund since 2008. This run could not be possible without you and we sincerely hope that you will support this incredibly meaningful event together with your family and friends.

Thank you once again for joining us in the fight against cancer this year and we look forward to running with you for Run For Hope 2023!

Run For Hope turns 30 this year! It has been very heartening to see the community rallying around this meaningful initiative over the past 3 decades to increase awareness and garner support for life-saving cancer research.

With rising cancer incidence affecting Singaporeans, our doctors, researchers, and healthcare teams at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) are committed to treating cancer and undertaking impactful research to improve treatment outcomes. With expanded and enhanced research facilities and capabilities, NCCS is geared to advance the understanding of cancer, develop innovative ways to improve treatment outcomes, and offer patients hope and a better quality of life.

Last year, the hybrid physical and virtual format event saw the participation of almost 1,600 runners whose strong support raised more than $80,000! We are excited that Run For Hope 2023 marks the return of a full physical run and look forward to even more participants supporting the event.

We have all had a loved one who has been affected by cancer and know the devastating effect it can have. Your participation will directly support life-saving cancer research. Rally your family and friends today to join you to take part in Run For Hope for a fun, healthy and great way to support this worthy cause.

Thank you for your support and wishing you good health and success at Run For Hope 2023!
